Return/ Refund Policy

SOVULGAR Clothing Brand stands behind its products, and we understand that mistakes may happen from time to time, If not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any item*.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, free of body odors/ fragrance/ hair and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items cannot be returned or replaced because of a personal preference* (Size, Shirt Design, Shirt/Font Color), Buyer's Remorse, or Wrong information entered on the customers part (Example: Shipping address etc.).
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is misprinted, defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to make it right. Please submit a photograph with your request and it will be evaluated, and a determination of refund will be made.
To start a return, you can contact us at: SoVulgarClothingBrand@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted (apologies in advance).
Clearance, Sale, Final Sale or Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Valid only for orders placed within the United States.

Please keep in mind that your return may take several days to reach us, by USPS, and then another 3-5 business days to process your return. Once you mail your return, it is important to keep your tracking number. This is your proof of return (and if anything is lost in the mail you may contact the carrier to let them know). We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier.
